These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between Marasim and any person accessing the platform or utilizing planning and quote tools.
By accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
Marasim operates as an independent marketplace and vertical operating system for the Moroccan wedding industry.
Under the exclusive 'Marasim Packages' program, Marasim acts as a guarantor and coordinator responsible for service quality and execution.
For direct vendor bookings outside this program, vendors remain independent third parties solely responsible for their services.
Users must be at least 18 years old under Moroccan law to create an account.
Users commit to providing accurate contact and event details and maintaining login credential confidentiality.
Planning tools (Timelines, Checklists, Guest RSVP, Seating) are personal organization aids.
The personal budget tracker is an independent ledger and does not constitute accounting evidence for direct cash dispute resolution.
Direct vendor transactions (cash, bank transfer, check) occur off-platform in V1 without platform liability.
For 'Marasim Packages', payments are made directly to Marasim via secure CMI gateways and held in escrow until successful execution.
Users acknowledge that Marasim may expand centralized payment processing platform-wide in the future.
Reviews tied to accepted quotes receive a 'Verified Booking' badge.
During dispute investigations, reviews remain live to ensure transparency.
Direct bookings carry no performance warranties from Marasim.
Marasim Packages are backed by quality assurance and direct customer intervention.
All trademarks, code, software, and brand assets of Marasim are protected under Moroccan and international IP laws.
Terms may be updated with notice. Users may close their accounts at any time.
Governed by Moroccan law. Exclusive jurisdiction belongs to the competent courts of the Kingdom of Morocco.
Rules governing wedding professionals, ERP tools, and Pro plans
Applies to all wedding vendors, caterers, neggafas, venues, and photographers on Marasim.
Basic listing is free. Claiming an unclaimed profile is instant via WhatsApp OTP.
Vendors warrant possession of required business licenses and hygiene permits.
Vendors strictly commit to securing written consent from couples and guests prior to uploading photos or videos.
Free Tier, Pro Plan (199 MAD/mo with 30-day free trial), and Business Plan (399 MAD/mo).
Zero Data Loss Policy: ERP data remains preserved in read-only mode if a subscription expires.
Equipment double-booking alerts with Audited Override support.
Multi-agency freelance schedules are strictly kept confidential.
Accepted quotes are binding. Hidden pricing incurs a search ranking penalty when budget filters are used.
Vendors are independent contractors responsible for DGI taxes and CNSS contributions.
Vendors may cancel renewal at any time. Immediate suspension applies for verified fraud.

Marasim uses secure cloud infrastructure to deliver the service: the database and identity service are deployed in a specific European Union region (Frankfurt, Paris, or Ireland), while files, documents, and contracts are stored in Cloudflare R2 buckets with the EU jurisdiction restriction.
Data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS, R2 objects are automatically encrypted at rest, and private documents are isolated with PostgreSQL Row Level Security (RLS) controls.

Approval of the underlying CNDP processing declaration or authorization, followed by the F-118 application for transfers abroad, are production-launch conditions for personal-data processing. Receipt or authorization references will be published here after they are issued; this wording does not claim that approval has already been obtained.
Marasim selects Ireland (eu-west-1) as Resend's email-sending region. Resend states that account data, email metadata, logs, and API records remain stored in the United States regardless of sending region. That transfer is governed by Resend's DPA and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and must be identified explicitly in the F-118 filing.
Marasim must execute the applicable Supabase, Cloudflare, and Resend DPAs and contractual transfer safeguards before launch.
